About me
Educator
With almost 10 years of experience, I have taught and developed curriculum for a range of subjects from Primary 1 to Adult in Thai and International schools, institutions and organisations. Many of these have been for learners of English as a Second or Other Language (ESL).
Working in a variety of environments with learners of various ages and cultures, I focus on learner needs. I have designed curriculum, resources and training for schools, working with national standards and client requirements. I have a Master's in Education and am a Certified Google Educator, being familiar with a range of technology and apps.
I believe that actively engaging learners in the learning process with a student-centred approach is crucial. Also, I empathise strongly with learner's needs, as well as appreciate their unique experiences. I read extensively about pedagogy and psychology, which I apply to my work.

Leader
Leadership is more than just management. A leader positively influences others to the benefit of the team.
I have led teams of various sizes from a variety of backgrounds. As an English Curriculum Program Manager, I managed teachers in more than 10 schools around Bangkok. As a Head of Department, I managed a department of 15 teachers. I have also held other leadership roles, such as Year Head and House Captain.
I have led projects in a variety of contexts working with teachers, schools and organizations, including:
